NTS stands for Number Translation Service, where an incoming call on one of our numbers is diverted to any number your give, be it a landline, mobile, or even a telephone number abroad.

If there is any cost to you for forwarding these calls, as is usual in the case where the call is placed to a mobile or international number, then we take a prepayment to cover these costs and automatically keep you informed about your remaining credit via e-mail.

We offer a simple web interface that enables you to view real time call statistics.

Single Stage NTS

The single stage NTS simply takes the incoming call and translates it to a single destination number.

The customer is not billed for this call until it is answered.
There is a simple web interface that allows you to easily change the destination number.
This service is only available on number ranges that charge by the minute.

Two Stage NTS

The two stage NTS service takes an incoming call on one of our numbers, plays an announcement and then and diverts the call to the specified destination number.

The announcement can be recorded very easily using our customer prompt recorder. Click here for prompt recorder info

NTS switchboard

Our NTS switchboard service is designed to pass incoming calls onto a switch board, but prevents calls from being queued should the switch board be engaged our otherwise unable to take the call.

When the NTS switchboard number is dialled, the caller first hears a welcome announcement. After this the system will try to connect them to the target switchboard. Whilst this is happening, the caller will hear a ringing tone (this may be adapted to play another announcement if you wish). If the switchboard is free, the call is passed through. If the switchboard is engaged or the call is not answered after a short while, the caller will here a system busy announcement and the call will be terminated.
