Features of this service;

Play a welcome greeting.
Create up to 9 options, each allowing access to a further 9 options, in a cascade that can be repeated indefinitely.
At each point in the IVR cascade you are able to perform one of a number of tasks. These include;

Capture data about the caller .
Customers’ voice answers are delivered in a handy .wav format, allowing playback on any PC.
Live call statistics available via the web.
All announcements can be recorded very easily using our customer prompt recorder.
This service is usually not available on number ranges that charge by the call.
