Primarily used by larger organisations that have many different
branches or departments, that in turn have their own individual
sub sets or for multiples of different recorded information.
In essence it is a multi option IVR giving the caller a greeting
and then a number of options to press via their telephone
keypad (press 1 for London Branch, 2 for Manchester Branch,
3 for Glasgow Branch etc.) and the to a second sub menu for
a further sub greeting and sub menu options (press 1 for Sales,
2 for Finance, 3 for Customer Services or 0 to return to the
previous menu etc.)
