Our Enhanced Number Translation service puts you in control with a simple and easy to use web based interface, allowing you to make changes to routing and other settings, giving you the flexibility to adapt at a moment’s notice. From anywhere in the world you can login via our secure website and make instant changes.

Features of this service include

Keep up to 10 destination numbers in your profile that can be varied by you at any time.
An adaptable setting that allows incoming calls to be routed to up to four individual numbers simultaneously, or if you prefer, in a sequential pattern.
Run different ‘Work’ and ‘Home’ profiles to route calls differently at specified times of the day. There is also an extra ‘Emergency’ profile as well which can be invoked at the click of a button.
Play standard or user defined voicemail greetings to callers when you are unavailable. A voicemail message can then be taken and delivered, either as .wav or .mp3 file attachments, to an e-mail address defined by you.
A phone book that allows you to categorise individual callers into a ‘red’ or a ‘green’ list.
A flexible answering system giving you the choice to answer calls or not, or to take calls from ‘green’ callers only, or to screen calls from ‘red’ callers only.
A fax detection flag that can be set to intercept any incoming fax calls.
A display of recent calls that allows you not only to follow up customers who may have declined to leave a message, but displays the target number that received each call, helping you with any resource management requirements you may have.
