Data capture services are a perfect way of dealing with simple customer queries, such as brochure or further information requests, in a cost effective manner, leaving your customer support services free to deal with more involved issues.

The data capture service plays callers a welcome announcement, and then poses a series of questions, waiting for a caller response at each stage. When the last response has been entered, the service will play a thank you announcement, terminate the call and then send details of the customers’ responses to a designated e-mail address.

Features of this service

This flexible service allows you to pose any number of questions to your customers.
The questions asked can be answered either with a voice file, such as in the case where you are asking for names or addresses, or they can be answered with a key selection, in cases where you are asking for contact telephone numbers, (DTMF entry).
Details of the call, including a time stamp, are delivered to any e-mail you desire.
Customers’ voice answers are delivered in a handy .wav format, allowing playback on any PC.
Live call statistics available via the web.
