How the service works
When you take one of our national numbers, you let us know where you wish your calls to go. Using our state-of-the-art soft switch technology, we arrange for calls to be forwarded to the telephone number you give us. The services are provisioned remotely, often on the day the order is placed, and there is no need for you to install any new and expensive hardware. Whenever your customers call your national number, these calls are immediately passed on to you.

Our Enhanced Number Translation allows you to designate up to four simultaneous target numbers and make immediate changes to the routing of your national number via the web. How do I order a number?
Our national numbers have a one-off connection fee, payable in advance to cover the cost of service set up. The renewal fee is paid annually, with the first renewal payment due one year from the date the number is first provisioned.
All our numbers are sorted and rated into four categories according to how memorable they are. Please note that certain enhanced services are available free of charge when you secure a Gold or Platinum number.
